Referent Controlling für Bankwesen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen die Ertrags- und Kostenplanung für die Bank und deren Tochterunternehmen sowie den monatlichen Forecast
- Sie erarbeiten Vorschläge zur Steuerung der Zins- und Liquiditäts-Fristentransformation und der Refinanzierung
- Sie betreuen unsere Produktkalkulation und die Profit-Center-Rechnung
- Sie erstellen regelmäßige Reports einschließlich ESG-Bericht und setzen die aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen nach MaRisk um
- Sie erstellen aufsichtliche Meldungen, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Controlling stehen (z. B. IRRBB)
- Sie unterstützen mit Ihren betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen die nachhaltige Entwicklung unserer Bank und optimieren kontinuierlich die Prozesse im Controlling

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben auf der Grundlage Ihrer bankspezifischen Ausbildung eine Weiterbildung zum Bankfachwirt (m/w/d), idealerweise zum Bankbetriebswirt (m/w/d) oder alternativ ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation absolviert
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse der gängigen Bewertungsverfahren für Finanzinstrumente sowie idealerweise in den einschlägigen aufsichtsrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen wie den MaRisk
- Sie haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Controlling einer Bank bzw. eines Finanzdienstleisters erworben und verfügen über Kenntnisse in den Bankanwendungen agree21 und VR-Control
- Sie haben Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen und verfügen über analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie eine eigenmotivierte, selbstständige, termin- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie bringen eine hohe IT-Affinität mit und es macht Ihnen Spaß, sich in komplexe Systeme einzuarbeiten und gute Lösungen zu erarbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
