- Sie entwickeln die HR-Organisation für die Themen Personalentwicklung, Personalbetreuung, Weiterbildungsstrategien, Recruiting und Talent-Management
- Sie gestalten eine motivierende Performance- und Innovationskultur mit
- Sie bauen das Employer Branding aus und pflegen es, um unsere Arbeitgeberattraktivität zu steigern und die Mitarbeitergewinnung und -bindung zu verbessern
- Sie bearbeiten die personalwirtschaftliche Abwicklung der Mitarbeitenden, die Personalstammdaten inkl. vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung für den Dienstleister
- Sie verwalten die Pflege des Zeitwirtschaftssystems und der Zeitkonten sowie die Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, Versicherungen, Ämtern und Behörden
- Sie werden Ansprechpartner:in für die Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte und Beschäftigten in allen wesentlichen HR-Themen und modernisieren das Personalmanagement und die HR-Prozesse im Rahmen der zunehmenden Digitalisierung mit einer HR-Software und aktuellen HR-Trends

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Human Resources oder vergleichbare fachliche Kompetenz
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse in der Entgeltabrechnung sowie im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sie zeichnen sich durch persönliches Engagement, selbstständiges Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Methodenkompetenz aus
- Sie haben eine Ausbildereignung nach der Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung (AdA-Schein) oder die Bereitschaft, diese baldmöglichst zu erwerben
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
