Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen schrittweise IT-Projekte, wie die Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen oder die Optimierung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur
- Sie unterstützen unsere IT-Kolleg:innen bei der Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme
- Sie administrieren und betreuen Server, Netzwerke und Endgeräte
- Sie bieten Mitarbeiter-Support bei IT-Anfragen sowie Fehleranalyse und -behebung
- Sie optimieren die IT-Sicherheit durch Umsetzung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und arbeiten mit externen IT-Dienstleister:innen zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, IT-Systemadministrator:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support oder der Systemadministration, z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudent:innentätigkeiten oder erste Berufserfahrung
- Sie interessieren sich für Netzwerktechnologien, Serveradministration und IT-Sicherheit
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und haben Lust, eigene Ideen einzubringen
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
