Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust umfassend versorgungstechnische Gebäudeprojekte im Bereich Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärtechnik
- Du erstellst selbstständig innovative Konzepte, berätst Kund:innen und Bauherren und fertigst im interdisziplinären Team und mit unseren Systemplaner:innen konkrete Entwürfe an
- Du planst und wickelst Projekte in allen Leistungsphasen gemäß der HOAI im Bereich Heizung / Lüftung / Sanitär / Kälte ab
- Du stimmst dich eng mit internen und externen Bau- und Planungsbeteiligten ab und arbeitest mit ihnen zusammen
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse und wirkst bei der Vergabe der technischen Leistungen mit
- Du sicherst die Qualität mittels Baustellenbegehung und Dokumentation und prüfst technische Anfragen sowie entwickelst Lösungsvorschläge

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik oder Gebäudeenergietechnik als Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor oder Master
- Planung steht im Fokus: Wenn du Erfahrung in der Projektplanung mitbringst, bist du auch als Techniker:in oder Meister:in willkommen
- Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit der in unserer Branche üblichen CAD-Software wie z. B. AutoCad, Autodesk Revit, Plancal Nova oder kannst deine Konzepte unseren Systemplaner:innen perfekt vermitteln
- Du beherrschst die Programme von MS Office 365 und verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrungen in den in unserer Branche üblichen Anwendungen wie z. B. der AVA-Software
- Du bist vertraut mit den anerkannten Regeln und Techniken (DIN, DVGW, VDI, MLAR und gesetzliche Vorgaben) sowie die VOB und die HOAI
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein gewandtes, freundliches und sicheres Auftreten bei unseren Bauherren aus und hast Freude an eigenständiger Arbeit und Kreativität
- Du bringst kreative Denkansätze im Sinne der Energiewende mit und schätzt Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
