Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust national und international tätige Kund:innen und steuerst dabei die Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios
- Du beobachtest kontinuierlich den globalen Markt und analysierst die Wettbewerbslandschaft, um unsere Produkte zukunftssicher zu positionieren
- Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Strategien, um die Beziehungen zu unseren Kund:innen weiter auszubauen und gemeinsam erfolgreich zu wachsen
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für interne Abteilungen und koordinierst eigenverantwortlich Projekte, von der Skizze bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Du trägst mit deinen Schulungen zur Weiterbildung unserer Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen bei und vertrittst unser Unternehmen auf Messen weltweit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau, der Mechatronik oder im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im Bereich Fluidtechnik oder Hydraulik, und der Umgang mit 3D-CAD Systemen (vorzugsweise PTC-Creo) geht dir leicht von der Hand
- Du bringst mit deinen fundierten Vertriebskenntnissen und deiner strategischen Denkweise unseren Erfolg weiter voran
- Du hast Methodenkompetenz im Projektmanagement und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und bist stets auf der Suche nach den besten Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch und bist bereit zu reisen (ca. 30%)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
