Elektromeister als stellvertretender Bereichsleiter (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest Elektroinstallationsprojekte im Sanierungs- und Umbaubereich, einschließlich klassischer Gebäudeinstallationen, PV-Anlagen und IT-Verkabelung
- Du stellst die Leistungserbringung auf der Baustelle sicher, führst und koordinierst eigene Mitarbeitende und Nachunternehmer, kommunizierst proaktiv mit Kund:innen und erfasst sowie wickelst Zusatzleistungen und Nachträge ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Generalunternehmerbereich für Bauen im Bestand zusammen, erarbeitest gemeinsam mit der Kalkulationsabteilung Angebote und tauschst dich fachlich mit dem Bereichsleiter aus
- Du löst technische Herausforderungen und optimierst kontinuierlich die Abläufe auf der Baustelle
- Du entwickelst Kund:innen und Mitarbeitende weiter, übernimmst Verantwortung für den Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und die Förderung deines Teams
- Du führst unterschiedlich große Baustellenteams (2-10 Mitarbeitende) und nimmst an internen Schulungen sowie der Einarbeitung in unsere Prozesse und EDV-Strukturen teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Elektromeister:in mit mindestens 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung als Meister:in, idealerweise mit erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Referenzprojekten im Sanierungs- und Umbaubereich (sowohl in Bürogebäuden als auch für Wohnungsbaugesellschaften)
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen Gebäudeinstallationen, PV-Anlagen, IT-Verkabelung sowie den geltenden VDE-Normen
- Du hast Empathie, Motivationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Organisationskompetenz – gepaart mit Entscheidungsstärke und hoher Kundenorientierung
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Branchensoftware (z. B. Moser), was von Vorteil ist
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und die Bereitschaft, aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens mitzuwirken

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
