Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bist du für die Sammlung und Erfassung von Abdalldaten verantworltich. Du musst kein Datenspezialist sein, jedoch sollte dir der Umang mit Zahlen nicht schwer fallen. Du zeichnest dich durch eine präzise und gewissenhafte Arbeitseinstellung aus. Das Einhalten von Fristen fällt dir leicht und mit Stress kannst du gut umgehen.

- Du erfasst Kennzahlen und gibst sie in eine webbasierte Cloud-App ein
- Du erteilst Auskünfte und holst Informationen bei externen Dienstleistern ein
- Du betreust Bestandskund:innen
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung der Cloud-App

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Software und eine hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierungsthemen
- Du bringst bestenfalls Vorkenntnisse im Bereich ESG- und Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement mit, wie z.B. Zertifizierungen oder Scoring-Modelle, und bist bereit zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
- Du hast Erfahrungen als Property-Manger oder Asset-Manger in der Immobilienwirtschaft gesammelt
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert
- Du hast gute MS Office Kenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
