Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst die verschiedenen regulatorischen und nicht-regulatorischen ESG-Anforderungen und leitest die Anforderungen an den zentralen unternehmensinternen (ESG-) Datenhaushalt und das ESG-Datenmodell ab; speziell arbeitest du bei der Definition und Implementierung der Datenschnittstellen von internen und externen Lieferanten mit
- Du bist Beratung und Ansprechperson für die Fachbereiche mit Schwerpunkt ESG-Reporting sowie BI-orientierte Bereitstellung von Nachhaltigkeits- und weiteren Banksteuerungsdashboards
- Du arbeitest bei der Umsetzung der verschiedenen ESG Anforderungen im zentralen ESG Datawarehouse mit, unter Verwendung von unserem ETL Tool und Java
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Fachadministration/Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der zentralen ESG Datenlösung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, z. B. Wirtschaftsmathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Volkswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über Technologiekenntnisse im Bereich Datawarehouse, insbesondere Talend ETL und Java
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Business Intelligence, zum Beispiel mit Microsoft Power BI oder Google Looker
- Du kennst dich im Bereich der Taxonomieverordnung oder der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung (CSRD) aus
- Du hast bankkaufmännisches Wissen, das von Vorteil ist, z. B. zu Darlehen, Wertpapieren, Derivaten oder Zuschüssen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
