Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, setzt um und optimierst Google Ads-Kampagnen (Search, PMax, Display, Shopping, Video)
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Keyword-Strategien, Anzeigentexte und Landingpages
- Du überwachst kontinuierlich die Kampagnenperformance anhand von KPIs wie CTR, CPC und Conversion-Rate und optimierst diese
- Du planst, überwachst und optimierst das Budget für alle Google & Bing Ads-Kampagnen
- Du erstellst Analysen, Reportings und Handlungsempfehlungen zur Performance-Steigerung
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Performance Marketing-, Content- und Design-Team zur Optimierung der Anzeigen- und Landingpage-Performance zusammen
- Du recherchierst und integrierst neue Trends und Tools im Bereich Google Ads

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Google Ads mit, idealerweise in einer Agentur oder im E-Commerce-Umfeld
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Google Ads, Google Analytics und weiteren Performance-Marketing-Tools
- Du hast eine analytische Denkweise, ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
