- Du übernimmst als Content Marketing Manager (m/w/d) die Marketingberatung und -betreuung unserer Kundenansprache (Retail, B2B)
- Du bist (mit-)verantwortlich für die Entwicklung ganzheitlicher Content Strategien, kanalspezifischer Konzepte und zielorientierter, crossmedialer Kampagnenkonzepte
- Du beherrschst als Allrounder die Bereiche Website, Unternehmensblog, E-Mail und Social-Media-Marketing sowie Print-Medien
- Du kümmerst Dich um die strategische Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der Marketingkanäle unserer Kund:innen und unserer eigenen Kanäle
- Du überzeugst unsere Kund:innen durch marken- und zielgruppenorientierte Texte und hast Lust, auch mal über den Tellerrand zu schauen, um neue Impulse zu setzen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation/BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing mit – idealerweise in einer Agentur
- Du verfügst über ein hervorragendes, schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch (angelehnt an Niveau C1 nach GER)
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen (WIX), E-Mail-Systemen (Brevo) und Analytic Tools (GA4), idealerweise Vorerfahrung mit HubSpot
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und eine hohe Flexibilität und Beratungskompetenz
- Du willst in Teilzeit mindestens 20 Stunden arbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
