Was erwartet dich?
- Du kümmerst dich zuverlässig um die Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen, stets mit dem Fokus auf schnellen und passgenauen Lösungen
- Du pflegst Kunden- und Auftragsdaten gewissenhaft und aktualisierst sie regelmäßig, um eine hohe Datenqualität sicherzustellen
- Du betreust und berätst unsere Bestands- und Neukund*innen serviceorientiert und individuell, sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich per E-Mail, sodass sich jede*r Kund*in bei uns gut aufgehoben fühlt
- Du unterstützt proaktiv den Außendienst, beispielsweise bei Terminvorbereitungen und der Erstellung von Unterlagen, und trägst maßgeblich zum reibungslosen Ablauf in unserem Team bei
- Du bearbeitest Reklamationen mit Fingerspitzengefühl und klärst Kundenanliegen, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen zu stärken
- Du engagierst dich aktiv in der Optimierung interner Vertriebsprozesse und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundenservice bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, die dir Sicherheit in betriebswirtschaftlichen Grundlagen gibt
- Du zeigst eine freundliche Haltung Menschen gegenüber und hast den Wunsch, gute Lösungen für unsere Kund*innen und unser Unternehmen zu finden
- Du möchtest deine ersten Vertriebserfahrungen bei uns gewinnen oder weiter ausbauen und unsere Produkte begeistern dich
- Du wirst von deinem Team und den Kund*innen für deine Zuverlässigkeit und dein Kommunikations-Talent gelobt, auch in der englischen Sprache findest du die richtigen Worte - du hast mindestens das Sprachniveau B2 (nach GER)
- Du bringst Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und CRM-Tools mit (idealerweise Hubspot) und nutzt diese sicher und zielgerichtet
- Du bewegst dich sicher in MS-Office-Anwendungen und bist mobil, um in unseren neuen Campus nach Herxheim zu kommen

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
