- Lead and Develop Teams:
- Lead a laboratory team, fostering both personal and professional growth.

Your qualifications
- Educational Background and Experience:
- Hold a PhD in life sciences, veterinary medicine, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in bio/vaccine research and development.
- Scientific Expertise:
- Possess deep knowledge in microbiology, bacteriology, biotechnology, and analytical methods, with a strong curiosity for experimental applications in vaccine development.
- Experience in biotechnology, particularly in fermentation processes and the culture of intracellular bacteria, is highly advantageous.
- Leadership and Project Management:
- Demonstrated success in project management and more than 5 years of experience in people management, showcasing strong leadership capabilities.
- Key Competencies:
- Exhibit exceptional skills in multidisciplinary collaboration, analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Strong integrity, teamwork, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Language Proficiency:
- Proficient in English, with knowledge of German or a willingness to learn.
