Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Industriemeister Metall (m/w/d), der perspektivisch die Werkstattleitung übernimmt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Sie leiten die Werkstatt in der Fertigung und Montage fachlich und organisatorisch
- Sie koordinieren und überwachen Schweiß- und Montagearbeiten
- Sie stellen Qualität, Termintreue und Wirtschaftlichkeit in der Produktion sicher
- Sie führen, motivieren und entwickeln das Werkstattteam weiter
- Sie planen und optimieren die Fertigungsprozesse und verbessern kontinuierlich Abläufe
- Sie arbeiten eng mit der Konstruktion, dem Projektmanagement und anderen Abteilungen zusammen
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich mit Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung, idealerweise im Sonderanlagenbau
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in Schweißtechnik, Montageprozessen und mechanischer Fertigung
- Sie bringen Führungserfahrung mit und haben die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und besitzen Organisationstalent
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und gängigen Fertigungsprozessen
- Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
