Elektromeister für technische Projektleitung (m/w/d)
Als Elektromeister / Technische Projektleitung (m/w/d) bei DISTACT Energy leitest du eigenverantwortlich Projekte im Bereich Energie- und Elektrotechnik. Du koordinierst technische Abläufe, überwachst Installationen und sorgst für die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards. Zudem bist du Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Dienstleister und das interne Team, um eine effiziente Umsetzung der Projekte sicherzustellen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die umfassende Planung und effiziente Steuerung unserer Installationsprojekte in Deutschland und selten auch außerhalb
- Du unterstützt das Projektmanagement während der Anlagenplanung und berätst B2B-Kund:innen vor Ort, insbesondere bei der Umsetzung von Elektroinstallationen
- Du koordinierst Partnerunternehmen und fungierst als Schnittstelle zu den Netzbetreibern
- Du installierst und nimmst Photovoltaikanlagen, Speichersysteme und Ladestationen in Betrieb
- Du behebst gewissenhaft Störungen und führst regelmäßige Wartungen durch
- Du baust ein eigenes Team auf und leitest es

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Aus- und Weiterbildung als Elektromeister (m/w/d), ggf. mit TREI-Schein
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Elektromeister (m/w/d)
- Du hast eine leidenschaftliche Begeisterung für die Gestaltung der Energieversorgung der Zukunft und arbeitest gewissenhaft und zuverlässig
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, arbeitest selbstständig und hast ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und bist offen für kontinuierliche Weiterbildung
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und hast Kenntnisse mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
- Du beherrschst Deutsch auf C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
