Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind Business Partner für den COO und das operative Management aus den Bereichen Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf, Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung
- Sie pflegen Controlling relevante Daten und Prozesse in SAP R3 (MM/PP/CO) für den gesamten Produktionsbereich
- Sie entwickeln aktiv die Controllinginstrumente und –methoden weiter, wie den Aufbau eines kennzahlengestützten Soll-Ist-Reportings
- Sie analysieren Produktionsprozesse, zeigen Kostensenkungs- und Optimierungspotentiale auf und leiten Handlungsempfehlungen ab, die Sie nachverfolgen
- Sie bauen monatliche Review- und Performance-Meetings auf, führen diese durch und moderieren sie
- Sie erstellen Produktkalkulationen, ermitteln Intercompany-Verrechnungspreise und wirken aktiv am Monats- und Jahresabschluss sowie in der Bestandbewertung mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Produktionscontrolling eines Industrieunternehmens
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Excel, SAP R3 und/oder SAP S/4HANA und haben idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit BI-Tools
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch und sind bereit, ca. 2-3 Tage im Monat zu reisen
- Sie haben ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, ergänzt um ein sehr gutes Prozessverständnis und eine lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie treten sicher auf, sind kommunikationsstark und teamorientiert, zeigen Einsatzfreude, denken abteilungsübergreifend und haben eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
