Was erwartet dich?
- Du bietest Anwender:innen umfangreichen Support
- Du übernimmst interne Schulungen von Mitarbeiter:innen
- Du nimmst zugewiesene IT/TK-Störungen an, beseitigst diese und dokumentierst den Prozess
- Du richtest Arbeitsplätze mit Computern und nötigen Peripheriegeräten (Router, Drucker, usw.) ein
- Du löst technische Probleme an IT-Endgeräten und konfigurierst Endgeräte sowie Mobile Devices
- Du unterstützt die zentralen Betriebe vor Ort und arbeitest in Projekten und Teilprojekten mit, z.B. zur Anpassung und Erweiterung bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als IT-Techniker:in oder in einer ähnlichen Position, bzw. eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene 3-jährige Berufsausbildung (z.B. IT-Systemelektroniker:in/Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbar
- Du verfügst über umfangreiches Fachwissen im Hard- und Softwarebereich sowie in der Administration von Netzwerken, Systemtechnik und Betriebssystemen
- Du hast sehr gute Hardwarekenntnisse der gängigen Hersteller und sehr gute Kenntnisse in aktuellen Microsoft-Betriebssystemen
- Du besitzt sehr gute Diagnose- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Wissen zu verschiedenen Netzwerktechnologien oder die Bereitschaft, dich schnell einzuarbeiten
- Du bist zuverlässig, zeigst Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit, und hast eine hohe Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie Kunden- und Qualitätsorientierung
- Du nimmst an der Rufbereitschaft teil und hast ein gutes Verständnis der Internetsicherheits- und Datenschutzprinzipien sowie einen Führerschein Klasse 3/B und Reisebereitschaft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
