Als (Junior) Controller sind Sie Teil eines kollegialen Teams, dass Sie nach und nach an unsere operativen Prozesse und strategische Projekte heranführt. Bringen Sie Ihr Know-how und Ihren Drive aktiv ein und setzen Sie herausfordernde Projekte von der Planung bis zur Realisierung um. Als wichtige Steuer- und Monitoringstelle berichten Sie als Stabstelle direkt an die Geschäftsführung und unterstützen regelmäßig bei betriebswirtschaftlichen und strategischen Entscheidungen. Wachsen Sie in Ihrer Rolle zum Berater der Geschäftsführung. - Sie liefern datenbasierte Analysen mit modernen BI-Tools, um langfristige, strategische Entscheidungen der Geschäftsführung zu unterstützen
- Planungs- und Forecast-Prozesse werden von Ihnen durchgeführt und die Forecast-Qualität kontinuierlich optimiert
- Sie begleiten unternehmensweite Projekte von der Planung, über Umsetzung bis zum Monitoring
- Die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Controlling-Instrumente und Methoden treiben Sie aktiv voran

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
- Durch Ihre erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling hatten Sie Berührungspunkte mit Controlling-Tools wie SAP S/4HANA sowie mit Business Intelligence-Software (z.B. SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Ihr analytisches Denken und Ihre Affinität für Zahlen und Daten sind ausgeprägt
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement rundet Ihr Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
