Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest das Team Onboarding, welches aus sechs Mitarbeitenden besteht, mit Fokus auf eine effiziente und qualitativ hochwertige Artikelanlage für alle in der Middleware einlaufenden Produkte
- Du gewährleistest eine termingerechte Veröffentlichung neuer Artikel über alle Marktplätze hinweg
- Du optimierst den Onboarding-Prozess durch die Nutzung von Power BI zur Analyse von Durchlaufzeiten sowie proaktiver Fehlervermeidung
- Du definierst und kommunizierst klare Ziele und Prioritäten für das Team in den Bereichen Artikel-Onboarding, Middleware-Bearbeitung und Fehler-Tracking auf den Marktplätzen
- Du baust relevante Power BI Dashboards zur datengetriebenen Steuerung und Prozessoptimierung auf
- Du optimierst anhand definierter KPIs stetig die Onboarding-Systemkette mit Fokus auf Effizienzsteigerung, Performance-Optimierung und Automatisierung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Wirtschaft, BWL, International Management oder E-Commerce
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketplace / Online Marktplatz sowie Produktdatenmanagement und bist motiviert, unser starkes Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams, inklusive Zieldefinition und Performance-Management
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Power BI, ERP- und PIM-Systemen sowie Middleware-Technologien
- Dich zeichnen ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeiten, unternehmerisches Denken und klare Kommunikation aus
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
