Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung von Kampagnen zur Durchsetzung besserer Bezahlung und Arbeitsbedingungen und setzt die Inhalte in Social Media, Videocasts und Podcasts um
- Du unterstützt bei Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zur Gewinnung von Mitgliedern für unser Unternehmen im Bereich KFZ-Handwerk
- Du organisierst Veranstaltungen virtuell und in Präsenz, einschließlich Terminfindung/-koordination, Raumbuchung/Einrichtung der Videokonferenz, Vorbereitung von Vorlagen sowie organisatorische und logistische Unterstützung bei der Durchführung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung in möglichst vergleichbarer Tätigkeit
- Du verfügst über mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
- Du kennst gewerkschaftliche Strukturen, insbesondere unser unternehmensinternes Portfolio
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
- Du hast eine gute und schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit zu selbständigem Arbeiten, zu planen und zu organisieren
- Du besitzt kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz und trittst sicher, freundlich und gewinnend nach innen und außen auf
- Du hast persönliche Freude am Umgang mit Social Media und Erfahrung mit Instagram, LinkedIn und weiteren aktuell gefragten Plattformen
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Teams, speziell mit der Umsetzung von Videokonferenzen
- Du hast Spaß am Experimentieren mit technischen Gadgets zur Erstellung von Videos und Audio-Podcasts und bist bereit zur fachlichen Weiterqualifizierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
