(Senior) Finance & Controlling Manager (m/w/d)
Als (Senior) Finance & Controlling Manager (m/w/d) steuerst du Budgetierung, Liquiditätsplanung und Controlling und sorgst mit präzisen Analysen für fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen. Du optimierst eigenverantwortlich Finanzprozesse, entwickelst Steuerungsinstrumente und analysierst Daten mit Excel und BI-Tools. Zudem stellst du die Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorgaben sicher und berätst die Geschäftsleitung bei Investitions- und Finanzierungsstrategien. Mit deiner analytischen Denkweise und strukturierten Arbeitsweise gestaltest du die finanzielle Zukunft des Unternehmens aktiv mit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und steuerst eine zukunftsorientierte Finanzstrategie und optimierst Controlling-Prozesse
- Du verantwortest die Budgetierung, Liquiditätsplanung und das Forecasting und stellst die finanzielle Stabilität sicher
- Du führst detaillierte Kosten-, Rentabilitäts- und Abweichungsanalysen durch und leitest strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du entwickelst und implementierst effektive Steuerungsmechanismen zur finanziellen Performance-Optimierung
- Du analysierst und optimierst unternehmensweite Prozesse, um Effizienzsteigerungen und Kosteneinsparungen zu erzielen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung aller rechtlichen, steuerlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen sicher
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen und unterstützt bei Investitionsentscheidungen, Finanzierungsstrategien und Risikomanagement
- Du führst regelmäßige interne Finanz- und Performance-Reports durch
- Du analysierst große Datenmengen, nutzt Excel auf Expertenniveau und erstellst komplexe Berechnungen sowie Finanzmodelle
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Banken und verantwortest die externe Finanzkommunikation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzcontrolling, in der Unternehmenssteuerung oder im Rechnungswesen mit
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Finanzmodellierung und Liquiditätsplanung
- Du besitzt eine starke analytische Denkweise und kannst finanzielle Zusammenhänge präzise aufbereiten
- Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, BI-Tools und modernen Finanzsoftwarelösungen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit finanziellen Kennzahlen, KPI-Analysen und strategischen Planungsmodellen
- Du beherrschst Excel & DATEV auf Expertenniveau und kannst komplexe Finanzanalysen und Modellierungen durchführen
- Du beherrschst Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift und verfügst über gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
