Technischer Produktmanager für KI-Innovationen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt die Produktstrategie für KI-Innovationsprodukte in Einklang mit unseren Voice-Produkten um
- Du arbeitest mit interdisziplinären Teams (IT, Entwicklung, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Service) zusammen, um eine erfolgreiche Produktentwicklung und -einführung sicherzustellen
- Du analysierst Markttrends und Wettbewerbslandschaften zur Identifikation von Wachstumschancen
- Du erstellst und pflegst Produkt-Roadmaps und priorisierst Features basierend auf Kundenfeedback und Geschäftszielen
- Du überwachst den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung und darüber hinaus
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und rechtlichen Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit Compliance, Datenschutz und Zertifizierungsvorgaben sicher und vertrittst das Unternehmen auf Messen, Fachmessen und anderen Branchenveranstaltungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise in der Softwareentwicklung
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich. Alternativ hast du eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mit anschließender Qualifizierung oder entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Voice-Technologien und Künstliche Intelligenz
- Du hast technisches Know-how und Begeisterung für KI und KI-Lösungen (z.B. LLM & Co) sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis der Telekommunikation und Cloud-Kommunikation
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
