Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie wickeln den nationalen und internationalen Versand ab
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für unsere Transportdienstleister
- Sie übernehmen die zolltechnische Behandlung der Sendung und die Zollabwicklung (Export)
- Sie erstellen die Exportpapiere, einschließlich Handelsrechnungen, Ausfuhranmeldungen, Lieferscheine, Präferenzbescheinigungen und Ursprungszeugnisse
- Sie bereiten die Lieferungen zum Versand vor, koordinieren und planen diese
- Sie kommunizieren mit Außenstellen, Speditionen, Zoll und Vertrieb und arbeiten eng mit der Projektabwicklung zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit der Abwicklung internationalen Versands und der Transportplanung/-logistik im Bereich Luft- und Straßenfracht (Export)
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Export und haben Erfahrung und/oder Weiterbildung im Zollrecht
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen sowie im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Sie haben eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Loyalität und Diskretion
- Sie arbeiten selbständig und strukturiert und besitzen Kommunikations-, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
