Maschinenbauingenieur Verfahrenstechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und konstruierst thermische Maschinen und Anlagen im Bereich bis 1200°C und kümmerst dich um die verfahrenstechnische Auslegung
- Du betreust den vollständigen Produktzyklus, einschließlich Produktkalkulation
- Du arbeitest an EPC-Projekten, erstellst Dokumentationen und führst FMEA, Sicherheitsbetrachtungen sowie ATEX- und CE-Prüfungen durch, wobei du Erfahrung im Umgang mit Normen und Richtlinien nutzt
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und unterstützt bei Entwicklungsprojekten
- Du erstellst Stücklisten sowie Fertigungs- und Montageunterlagen
- Du wählst Bauteile aus und kommunizierst mit Lieferanten, um Materialien für deine eigenen Konstruktionen zu bestellen und zu kaufen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium in Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit und hast Verantwortung in der Konstruktion von großen Baugruppen und Komplettanlagen übernommen
- Du verfügst über verfahrenstechnische Grundkenntnisse im chemischen Anlagenbau und in der thermischen Prozesstechnik
- Du gehst routiniert mit der CAD-Software SolidWorks um
- Du bist teamfähig, flexibel und organisiert
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
