Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter für Versand und Logistik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bereitest Sendungen für unsere Kund:innen sowie die entsprechenden Zollunterlagen vor
- Du koordinierst mit unserem externen Lager alle ein- und ausgehenden Versandaktivitäten und Dokumentationen
- Du überwachst den Bestand und verwaltest die Warenbewegungen in SAP
- Du kontrollierst am Monatsende offene Lieferungen und führst den erforderlichen Warenausgang durch
- Du kommunizierst mit den Spediteuren und überwachst den Status der Sendungen
- Du kümmerst dich um kundenbezogene Angelegenheiten wie Retouren, Versandkommunikation und Mustersendungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d) oder Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d)
- Du bringst 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Logistikprozessen und Zollerklärungen mit
- Du hast ca. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in SAP MM/WN
- Du kommunizierst sehr gut intern und extern und bist ein:e Teamplayer:in
- Du hast eine hohe organisatorische und Problemlösungsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
