Wir sind eines der führenden Flachdachbau-Unternehmen in Baden-Württemberg mit über 100 Mitarbeitern an zwei Standorten im Großraum Stuttgart. Unsere Kunden sind vor allem die Industrie und die öffentliche Hand. Wir sind spezialisiert auf die hochwertige Abdichtung von Flachdächern aller Größen mit Bitumen- und Foliendachbahnen sowie Metallarbeiten, Dachbegrünungen und Photovoltaikanlagen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Eigenständige Leitung einer Niederlassung als Profit-Center
- Verantwortliche Führung von ca. 20 gewerblichen Mitarbeitern
- Verantwortliche Führung von drei Bauleitern sowie zwei Verwaltungsangestellten
- Abwicklung von eigenen Bauvorhaben
- Ggf. Kalkulation und Akquise von Bauvorhaben

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur oder Architekt und/ oder Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter oder Kalkulator im Flachdachbau
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungs- und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
- Sicherer Umgang mit der VOB und Fachregeln
- EDV-Kenntnisse Microsoft 365 und gängiger Bausoftware
- Führerschein Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
