Wir suchen einen engagierten Lohnbuchhalter (w/m/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit, der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltungen für Mandanten unterschiedlicher Größe bzw. Rechtsform und verschiedenster Branchen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erfassen die monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsdaten
- Sie erstellen Probeabrechnungen, beispielsweise für Vorschuss- oder Nachzahlungen
- Sie übernehmen die Entgeltabrechnung für sämtliche Mitarbeiter der Mandanten
- Sie erstellen und übermitteln die Lohnsteuer-Anmeldung, sowie die Sozialversicherungsbeitragsnachweise
- Sie melden für die Berufsgenossenschaft sowie die Schwerbehindertenausgleichsabgabe
- Sie stellen die Arbeitspapiere bei Austritt aus
- Sie erstellen Bescheinigungen, z. B. für die Agentur für Arbeit, andere Behörden oder Institutionen bezüglich Verdiensten (z. B. Krankengeld, Wohngeld, Bafög u. ä.)
- Sie bereiten Einzugsermächtigung und U1-Wahlerklärung bei einer neuen Krankenkasse vor
- Sie führen die jährliche Fahrtenbuchabrechnung bei Privatnutzung eines Firmen-PKW durch
- Sie rechnen Kurzarbeitergeld ab und begleiten Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen

Ihre Fähigkeiten:
- Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt im beratenden Bereich oder bereits mit Mandantenerfahrung
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse des Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrechts
- Sie bringen idealerweise DATEV-Kenntnisse mit, da diese Ihren Einstieg unterstützen
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Programmen (Outlook, Excel, Word, …)
- Sie haben Spaß am persönlichen Kontakt mit Mandanten
- Ihre Eigenverantwortung, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen Sie aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
