Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Erstellung detaillierter Ausführungsplanungen für vielfältige Landschaftsarchitekturprojekte
- Du koordinierst und stimmst dich mit Fachplanern, Auftraggebern und Behörden ab
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Bauvorschriften und Umweltstandards
- Du unterstützt bei der Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Bauleistungen
- Du begleitest Projekte während der Bauphase und stellst die Qualitätskontrolle sicher
- Du entwickelst innovative und nachhaltige Lösungen in der Landschaftsplanung
- Du führst und verantwortest ein Team von bis zu drei Personen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Ausführungsplanung und Teamführung von Landschaftsarchitekturprojekten
- Du hast ein Studium der Landschaftsarchitektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen
- Du bist versiert in der Anwendung einschlägiger Software, einschließlich CAD/VectorWorks, AVA/Orca, und MS Office
- Du besitzt ein starkes technisches Verständnis und ein Auge für Details
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und zielorientiert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
