Was erwartet dich?
Tätigkeit Software-Entwickler / Software Analyst
- Du recherchierst und analysierst technische Dokumente und wissenschaftliche Veröffentlichungen
- Du führst Datenbankrecherchen und -analysen durch
- Du analysierst Motorsteuerungssoftware mit Hilfe eines Disassemblers oder Decompilers
- Du gehst auf Suche nach Abschalteinrichtungen in der Abgasreinigung und dokumentierst sie
- Du definierst und implementierst Erweiterungen der Analysesoftware mit Python, Java oder C/C++
- Du definierst und betreust Fahrtests und wertest die Testergebnisse aus, sowie erstellst technische Gutachten für Gerichte, meistens auf Englisch
- Du verstehst dich sich als Teil des Teams, nicht als Chef und setzt dich nicht über Kollegen hinweg, sondern arbeitest mit ihnen gemeinsam an Lösungen.
- Du hältst Ingenieuren den Rücken frei und übernimmst deshalb so viele administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben wie möglich.
- Du hältst intensiven Kundenkontakt, kommunizierst mit Anwälten und anderen Kundne, präsentierst Analyseergebnisse und besprichst weitere Vorgehen.
- Du hast den technischen Überblick über alle Projekte, wie den aktuellen Stand der Analysen und berichtest an die Geschäftsführung.
- Du berätst die Geschäftsführung und hilfst beim optimalen Aufteilen der Mitarbeiter auf die laufenden Projekte.
- Du schützt die Ingenieure vor Kundenanfragen und dienst als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Kundenkommunikation, damit das Team effizient und ungestört arbeiten kann.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Entwicklungsprozessen und Versionskontrolle (z.B. GitLab, Scrum) und mit der Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen (z.B. LaTeX) sowie der grafischen Aufbereitung von Daten
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Physik, Maschinenbau oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
- Du hast idealerweise eine Promotion, aber sie ist nicht unbedingt erforderlich
- Du bringst Management-Erfahrung mit, was vorteilhaft ist, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Du bist zeitlich flexibel (zeitweiser Einsatz nachmittags, abends und am Wochenende) und hast Teamgeist, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und übernimmst Verantwortung
- Du bist bereit, dich in die technischen Details von Motorsteuerung und Abgasreinigungsstrategien einzuarbeiten und hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
