Was erwartet dich?
- Du administrierst existierende Server und Client-Rechner
- Du beschaffst, wählst aus und richtest neue Rechner ein
- Du pflegst und entwickelst die IT-Infrastruktur und Ansible-Scripts weiter
- Du interagierst mit internationalen Kund:innen, in der Regel Ingenieur:innen, zur Problembehebung auf den Messrechnern (VPN, Videokonferenz), meist auf Englisch
- Du unterstützt bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Messprogramme (Python) und des gesamten Teams bei IT-bezogenen Fragen und Problemen – als zuverlässige Ansprechperson, die die IT nicht nur am Laufen hält, sondern das Arbeiten für alle erleichtert
- Du identifizierst proaktiv Verbesserungen in der IT-Infrastruktur und setzt diese um, um Abläufe effizienter, stabiler und zukunftssicherer zu gestalten
- Du entwickelst einen automatisierten Teststands für Motorsteuerungen weiter
- Du bist zuständig für Konzipierung und Umsetzung eines Release-Prozesses (CI/CD) für Testfahrzeug-Software
- Wir nutzen überwiegend Fedora auf Servern, Desktops und Messrechnern.
- Wir betreiben die meisten Dienste wie gitlab, Nextcloud etc. auf eigener Server-Hardware.
- Wir nutzen Tailscale zur Vernetzung und Ansible zur Administration auf allen Rechnern (Server, Desktops, Messrechner)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung mit der Administration von Linux-Systemen, z.B. im universitären Bereich
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse in Python
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Versionskontrolle (z.B. GitLab, GitHub) und arbeitest dauerhaft im Home-Office
- Du arbeitest selbständig und strukturiert und bist bereit, dich immer wieder in neue Konzepte und Werkzeuge einzuarbeiten
- Du verstehst dich nicht nur als „Administrator:in im Hintergrund“, sondern als festen Bestandteil unseres Teams, der aktiv dazu beiträgt, dass alle optimal arbeiten können, und hast Freude daran, anderen zu helfen, Prozesse zu verbessern und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln – anstatt nur Tickets abzuarbeiten
