Bilanzbuchhalter für Finanzberichterstattung (m/w/d)
Als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eigenverantwortlich die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB, steuern das Tagesgeschäft der Finanzbuchhaltung und wirken aktiv an der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen mit. Sie behalten den Überblick über Abweichungsanalysen, Plausibilitätsprüfungen und Compliance-Richtlinien und arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen sowie externen Partnern zusammen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen eigenverantwortlich die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Sie erstellen den Lagebericht und die Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung
- Sie bereiten Prüfungen vor und koordinieren diese (Behörden, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater)
- Sie steuern und arbeiten aktiv im Tagesgeschäft der Finanzbuchhaltung mit
- Sie führen Abweichungsanalysen und Plausibilitätsprüfungen durch
- Sie wirken an der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen mit und entwickeln sowie implementieren Richtlinien zur Compliance und gesetzlichen Vorgaben

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Mittelstand
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und sind sicher im Umgang mit steuerlichen Vorgaben
- Sie haben analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Präzision im Umgang mit Finanzdaten
- Sie zeigen Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Problemlösungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Sie engagieren sich für Prozessverbesserungen und sind belastbar sowie effizient auch unter Zeitdruck

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
