Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst regelmäßige interne Qualitätskontrollen durch
- Du gewährleistest eine einwandfreie Arbeitsqualität durch geeignete Werkstattausstattung, Prüfmittel und -methoden
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Betriebs- und Verkehrssicherheit der Kundenfahrzeuge
- Du unterstützt die Mechaniker:innen fachlich bei der Diagnoseerstellung und schwierigen Reparaturen
- Du leitest, motivierst und organisierst das Team, um eine effiziente Werkstattauslastung sicherzustellen
- Du führst die technische Endkontrolle durch und achtest auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Werkstattbereich
- Du kontrollierst die Einhaltung der Reparaturbedingungen sowie den Umgang mit Gefahrenstoffen und die Arbeitssicherheit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Gesellen- und Meisterbrief als Kraftfahrzeugtechniker (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als ausgelernter Meister in der KFZ-Branche
- Du hast Erfahrung in der KFZ-Diagnose und Fehlersuche
- Du bist vertraut mit der Programmierung (SERMA)
- Du besitzt den Führerschein Klasse B
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und hast Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (B1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
