Mitarbeiter für Laserhärten Prozesse (m/w/d)
Techniker (m/w/d) für Laserhärtungsprozesse: Du führst Laserhärtungsprozesse an verschiedenen Werkstoffen durch, programmierst und bedienst Laserhärteanlagen. Du führst Qualitätskontrollen durch, dokumentierst Ergebnisse und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung neuer Verfahren. Zudem wartest und pflegst du die Maschinen und optimierst kontinuierlich die Arbeitsabläufe.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Metallverarbeitung, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im industriellen oder handwerklichen Umfeld und erste praktische Erfahrungen
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis und gutes handwerkliches Geschick
- Du hast Interesse an Materialkunde, Werkstofftechnik und den spezifischen Härteverfahren und bist bereit, dich in diesem Bereich weiterzubilden
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und präzise, bist teamfähig und flexibel
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich Härteverfahren
