Was erwartet dich?
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Energieeinsparung und zur Reduzierung der Umweltbelastung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung umweltrechtlicher Vorschriften und Normen
- Weiterentwicklung des Managementsystems bzgl. ISO 14001 und ISO 50001
- Durchführung von Umwelt- und Energieaudits sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentationen
- Förderung des Umweltbewusstseins und der Nachhaltigkeit im Unternehmen
- Mitarbeit bei Audits zu EHS- und Compliance-Themen
- Unterstützung und Beratung des Arbeitgebers in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und der Unfallverhütung
- Beurteilung der Arbeitsbedingungen und Durchführung von Betriebsbegehungen
- Untersuchung von Arbeitsunfällen und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Unfallverhütung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Energie- und Umwelttechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (FaSi) wünschenswert
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Energie- und Umweltmanagement sowie Arbeitssicherheit, idealerweise in der Maschinenbau- oder Elektrobranche
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der EHS-Gesetzgebung und Erfahrung in EHS-Management-Systemen
- Interesse an der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zu Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz
- Teamorientierte, proaktive und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Präsentationsfähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
