Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen effiziente und termingerechte An- und Umbauten an Maschinen- und Bauteilen nach kundenspezifischen Anforderungen sicher
- Sie planen, steuern und überwachen Arbeitsprozesse und sorgen für eine optimale Kapazitätsauslastung unter Berücksichtigung personeller Ressourcen
- Sie identifizieren und beseitigen Engpässe und überwachen sowie optimieren die Materialflüsse zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Fertigungsablaufs
- Sie koordinieren mit internen Abteilungen wie Logistik, Einkauf und Vertrieb zur Einhaltung von Lieferterminen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien
- Sie führen moderne Fertigungsmethoden (z. B. 5S, KVP) zur Prozessoptimierung ein und setzen diese um
- Sie führen, motivieren und entwickeln das Werkstattteam weiter, einschließlich der Organisation von Schulungen und Weiterbildungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriemechanik, Mechatronik, Land- und Baumaschinen oder KFZ-Mechatronik o. ä.)
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung von Maschinen, vorzugsweise mit Führungserfahrung
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung, Prozessoptimierung und Arbeitssicherheit
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office (besonders Excel)
- Sie haben ein analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
- Sie sind belastbar, durchsetzungsfähig und haben ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
