Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leben Qualitätsmanagement, indem Sie die Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres QMS gemäß ISO 9001 und VDA 6.4 sicherstellen und alle qualitätsrelevanten Prozesse im Unternehmen überwachen
- Sie planen und führen interne Audits (Systemaudit, Prozessaudit, Produktaudit, Lieferantenaudit) durch und begleiten externe Audits
- Sie vermitteln Wissen, indem Sie Ihre Kolleg:innen in qualitätsrelevanten Themen schulen und sensibilisieren
- Sie optimieren Prozesse, indem Sie Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Produkt- und Prozessqualität identifizieren und umsetzen
- Sie stellen die Dokumentation sicher, indem Sie bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Prozessbeschreibungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Qualitätsdokumentationen unterstützen
- Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen, überwachen Kundenreklamationen, führen Ursachenanalysen durch und wirken bei der Fehlerbehebung mit
- Sie betreuen KVP-Projekte und stellen die Lieferantenqualität sicher, inklusive der Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits
- Sie leben Zusammenarbeit, indem Sie eng mit den Fachbereichen Vertrieb, Projektleitung, Konstruktion, Einkauf und den Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten der Tochterunternehmen zusammenarbeiten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker:in, Meister:in)
- Sie bringen erste Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement mit, idealerweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
- Sie sind vertraut mit ISO 9001 und VDA 6.4, VDA 6.7, VDA 6.5 und haben Erfahrung in deren praktischer Umsetzung
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Audits und idealerweise eine Zertifizierung als interner Auditor nach ISO 9001 oder VDA 6.x
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und arbeiten strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
