Dachdeckermeister für Projektleitung (m/w/d)
Sie planen eigene Projekte von Beginn an, erstellen die Angebote, koordinieren die Materialdisposition, überwachen den Leistungsstand des Projektes und nehmen dieses zusammen mit dem Kunden ab. Auch Standardprojekte wie Reparaturen und Wartungen werden von Ihnen vorbereitet und durchgeführt.

- Sie betreuen eigene Projekte und überwachen den Leistungsstand deiner Projekte
- Sie erstellen Angebote und akquirieren Kund:innen
- Sie überprüfen und sichern die Qualität der Gewerke
- Sie koordinieren die Baustelle, einschließlich der Materialdisposition
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Mitarbeitenden auf der Baustelle
- Sie beraten und betreuen die Bauherren

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Dachdecker (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und sich zum Meister (m/w/d) weitergebildet
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Umfeld
- Sie sind eine organisationsstarke sowie leistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit und verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Sie sind bereit zur Reisetätigkeit und verfügen über die Führerscheinklasse B
- Sie kennen dich gut mit gängigen EDV-Programmen aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
