Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten und arbeiten in einem Team von ca. 12 Mitarbeitenden
- Sie fertigen verschiedene Produkte wie Münzprüfer, Einwurfsperren, Hopper, Netzteile, Automaten und deren Baugruppen (Endmontage und Endprüfung)
- Sie führen Funktions- und Qualitätsprüfungen in Fertigung und Entwicklung durch
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Service und die Reparatur der Produkte
- Sie teilen die Arbeit ein und weisen neue Mitarbeitende ein und lernen sie an
- Sie steuern die Personalressourcen fein und planen den Urlaub
- Sie steuern die benötigten Materialien und Baugruppen fein
- Sie wickeln Fertigungsaufträge ab und überwachen Fertigungstermine
- Sie überwachen die Fertigungsmittel und Werkzeuge
- Sie überwachen die Fertigungsqualität und erstellen Fehlerstatistiken
- Sie überwachen Fertigungsvorgaben
- Sie führen periodisch Qualitätstests durch (z. B. Temperaturtests)

- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine andere geeignete Berufsausbildung
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen mit der Leitung eines Teams
- Sie sind technisch interessiert und haben Freude daran, neue Wege zu gehen und auszuprobieren
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine eigenständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
