Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoffspritzguss (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Kunststoffspritzgussmaschinen (Arburg, Wittmann Battenfeld)
- Du rüstest Werkzeuge, führst Qualitätskontrollen durch, gibst die Produktion frei und überwachst sowie optimierst Maschinenparameter
- Du versorgst die Kunststoffspritzmaschinen mit Material und rüstest die Spritzgussmaschinen um
- Du stimmst die Werkzeuge ab und baust sie auf verschiedene Produktvarianten um, wobei du mitverantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Fertigungs- und Qualitätsziele bist
- Du optimierst die Produktionsprozesse und führst kleinere Reparaturen und Wartungen am Werkzeug zur Optimierung des Produktionsprozesses durch
- Du pflegst und wartest die Maschinen nach Wartungsvorgaben und bist verantwortlich für Ordnung und Sauberkeit innerhalb der Abteilung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss mit
- Du verfügst über grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse
- Du bist teamfähig, flexibel, motiviert und arbeitest selbstständig

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
