Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst das Prozesscontrolling und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse im Rahmen von SOX und Konzernrichtlinien
- Du gibst den Leistungsfortschritt ab und bewertest Baustellen zum Monatsabschluss
- Du führst Projektnachkalkulationen durch, inklusive Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche und Kostenanalysen
- Du wirkst im Vertragsmanagement mit und prüfst die Subunternehmer
- Du nutzt existierende KPIs und baust weitere auf
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung, dem Vertrieb sowie unseren Baustellenleitern zusammen und bist Ansprechperson zu allen Controlling-Themen sowie Business Partner für die Geschäftsführung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft / Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Controlling und Rechnungswesen oder eine kfm. Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt / Controller (je m/w/d) abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige (mind. 3 Jahre) Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Baudienstleistungen oder Projektcontrolling
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in Oracle
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten, insbesondere Excel
- Du besitzt ein sehr gutes Zahlen- und Prozessverständnis sowie analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse und bist ein:e Teamplayer:in mit motivierter Persönlichkeit, Kommunikationsgeschick und einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
