Du verwaltest mobile Endgeräte weltweit, analysierst Probleme, entwickelst Lösungen und unterstützt unsere Kunden/innen bei MDM-Strategien. Zudem konfigurierst du Handhelds, integrierst sie in IT-Umgebungen und begleitest spannende Projekte – remote und vor Ort.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und verwaltest mobile Endgeräte weltweit über Mobile Device Management (MDM) Lösungen
- Du analysierst Probleme und erarbeitest Lösungswege im Team
- Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei der Erarbeitung von zukünftigen Handheld- und MDM-Strategien
- Du konfigurierst Handhelds und bindest sie in die IT-Umgebungen ein
- Du bereitest Großprojekte vor, koordinierst und unterstützt bei deren Umsetzung
- Du bietest technische Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Kund:innen remote und vor Ort

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der IT, einen vergleichbaren Abschluss oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse in technischem Englisch
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerkinfrastruktur und mit Mobile Device Management Systemen sowie Grundlagen in der IT-Security
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ, ziel- und lösungsorientiert und Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit ist ausgeprägt
- Du besitzt eine analytische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, proaktiv Herausforderungen und Aufgaben anzugehen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
