Finance Consultant im Accounting - Remote (m/w/d)
Nach dem Start und der Einarbeitung wirst du schnell mit deinem eigenen Projekt betraut.
Das kann bei einem Großkonzern sowie bei einem mittelständischen traditionell geführten
Familienbetrieb sein. Du stehst deinem Mandanten temporär mit all deiner Expertise im
Accounting zur Verfügung, wie zum Beispiel bei den Abschlusstätigkeiten, Unterstützung im
Tagesgeschäft sowie individuellen Projekten.
Für die meisten Mandanten arbeiten wir remote, müssen jedoch auch hin und wieder reisen.
Je nach deinen persönlichen Umständen versuchen wir darauf zu achten. Allerdings darfst
du dich auch als reiselustig outen und die Städte erkunden, wenn das Projekt es hergibt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse (HGB und teilweise IFRS)
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft, wie Kreditoren, Debitoren und Anlagevermögen
- Du baust die Grundstruktur im Bereich Accounting auf
- Du unterstützt die Projektmitarbeitenden beim Einhalten der Prozesse
- Du besuchst teilweise unsere Kund:innen vor Ort

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Finanz- / Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Du hast Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und idealerweise Kenntnisse in IFRS oder anderen Local GAAP
- Du verfügst über gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP, Datev oder Navision
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig und besitzt Problemlösungskompetenz
- Du bist wissbegierig, kommunikativ und hast eine hands-on Mentalität
- Du bist bereit, deutschlandweit maximal 2–3 Tage pro Woche zu reisen und verfügst über gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
