Was erwartet Sie?
- Selbständiges Prüfen, Kontieren und Buchen von laufenden Geschäftsvorfällen, einschließlich Debitoren, Kreditoren, Reisekosten, Sachkonten und Anlagen, mithilfe von MS-Office und ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise MS Dynamics NAC / BC)
- Abwicklung des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs, einschließlich Kassenführung, Forderungsmanagement und Mahnwesen, sowie Erstellung statistischer Meldungen
- Aktive Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen Team zur Unterstützung und Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Operative Tätigkeit bei der Klärung und Abstimmung von Konten sowie Beteiligung an Sonderprojekten zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder steuerfachmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Industriekauffrau/-mann, Steuerfachangestellte/r
- Sie verfügen über mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung nach HGB
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und ERP-Systemen (MS Dynamics NAC / BC von Vorteil)
- Sie sind vertraut mit der Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs, dem Führen der Kasse, Forderungsmanagement und Mahnwesen sowie der Erstellung statistischer Meldungen
- Sie sprechen sehr gutes Deutsch
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, da wir durch unsere Muttergesellschaft regelmäßig mit englischsprachigen Kunden kommunizieren
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
