Abwassermeister in der Kläranlagenleitung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Unterstützung der Sachgebietsleitung bei der Organisation, Steuerung und technischen Überwachung der Kläranlage mit einer Ausbaugröße von 75.000 EW
- Erstellung der Einsatzpläne für 10 Beschäftigte und Überwachung des operativen Betriebs zur Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit und Funktionalität der Anlage
- Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen und Hilfsstoffen für Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Fremdfirmen, inklusive Abrechnung der Leistungen
- Dokumentation von Messergebnissen bei Laboruntersuchungen und Analysen zur Bereitstellung zuverlässiger Daten
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Aktualisierung von Dienst- und Betriebsanweisungen sowie Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungen in Arbeitsprozessen
- Weitergabe Ihres Fachwissens an Auszubildende

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Abwassertechnik sowie eine Weiterbildung zum Abwassermeister (m/w/d)
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Unterhaltung von Kläranlagen sowie erste Führungserfahrung
- Fundiertes Know-how in Prozessleit- und Fernwirktechnik sowie MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Bereitschaft, den Wochenend- und Rufdienst zu unterstützen
- Führerschein der Klasse B, bevorzugt der Klasse CE
- Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, selbständige Arbeitsweise und Teamorientierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
