Kaufmann für IT-System-Management im Bereich Abrechnung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirst unsere modular aufgebaute ALPHAPLAN Software für Auslieferungen bzw. Installationen skalieren, dem Consulting zur Verfügung stellen und berechnen
- Du berechnest Dienstleistungen, die im Projektgeschäft für eine erfolgreiche Einführung von ALPHAPLAN notwendig sind
- Du überwachst Budgets und nimmst weitere Controllingaufgaben wahr
- Du bist verantwortlich für Finanzierungen, Bonitäts- und Compliance-Prüfungen sowie die Verwaltung von Verträgen
- Du bist jeden Tag in Kontakt mit Geschäftsführern, Prokuristen, IT-Leitern und einfachen Anwendern und verstehst es, diese unterschiedlichen Menschen mitzunehmen und von unserem Unternehmen und unseren Leistungen zu überzeugen
- Du kümmerst dich um offene Rechnungen und sorgst für einen schnellen Zahlungseingang

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Berufsausbildung als IT-Kaufmann/Kauffrau oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich abgeschlossen und hast bereits 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der IT-Abrechnung sammeln können
- Du hast ein Studium angefangen und überlegst, doch lieber in die Praxis zu wechseln, auch dann bist du bei uns richtig!
- Du hast ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis, Hard- und Software sowie Neuheiten auf diesem Gebiet sind genau dein Ding
- Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen und zeichnest dich durch Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen aus
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
