Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie akquirieren selbstständig C-Kunden, bearbeiten Leads und Verkaufschancen
- Sie unterstützen Kunden und Kundinnen beim optimalen Nutzen der erworbenen digitalen Leistungen und Produkte und begleiten sie im Buchungsprozess
- Sie erarbeiten Anforderungen an Drittsysteme und überwachen die Umsetzungen entsprechend der Vorgaben
- Sie unterstützen bei der Steuerung und dem Einstellen von Vertriebs-Kampagnen (CRM) und erstellen Reportings, z. B. E-Mail Kampagnen und Sales-Funnel
- Sie übernehmen den 2nd Level Customer Support (CMS) und erstellen veranstaltungsspezifische Shops, sowie pflegen veranstaltungsspezifische Preislisten und Stammdaten
- Sie qualifizieren und bearbeiten unseren Adresspool

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit weiterführender Fachqualifizierung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kundenakquise und der Team- und Projektarbeit
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrungen im Veranstaltungsmanagement sowie im Messebereich
- Sie besitzen umfassende Erfahrungen in CRM-Software und eine hohe technische Affinität
- Sie begeistern sich für die Themen Vertrieb, Beratung, Verkauf sowie Projektmanagement und verfügen über souveräne Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Verbindung mit einem ausgeprägten Verkaufsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft im Umgang mit Ausstelleren und Partneren, auch in Englisch
- Sie haben eine hohe Kundenorientierung und die Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu analysieren, sowie eine sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und eine hohe Eigeninitiative und Eigenständigkeit im Aufgabengebiet

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
