Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und bereitest die turnusmäßige Jahresablesung sowie Sonderablesungen auf Anforderung vor
- Du koordinierst und steuerst die Einsätze der Ableser
- Du nimmst Zählerstände telefonisch und elektronisch an und erfasst sie systemisch
- Du scannst Ablesekarten ein und bearbeitest sie weiter
- Du pflegst die Ableser Statistik und betreibst das Ablesesystem
- Du nimmst Störungen und Klärfälle aller Art an und koordinierst die Entstörungen
- Du koordinierst Befundprüfungen und klärst diese ganzheitlich systemisch
- Du führst Zählerwechsel aus Stör- und Klärfällen durch und unterstützt bei der Steuerung des Zähleraußendienstes
- Du bearbeitest Recherchevorgänge inhaltlich nach und arbeitest abteilungsübergreifend an der Lösung von Stör- und Klärfällen mit ganzheitlicher Umsetzung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder verfügst über mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Du bringst Grundkenntnisse von Strom-, Gas-, Wasser- und Wärmezählern mit und deine PC- und SAP IS-U Kenntnisse sind gut
- Du hast Spaß daran, im Team zu arbeiten, bist serviceorientiert und gehst Veränderungen mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
