Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Du hilfst bei der Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Besprechungen
- Du verfasst Schriftstücke für die Geschäftsleitung
- Du erstellst eigenständig PowerPoint Präsentationen, auch in englischer Sprache
- Du unterstützt bei der Nachbearbeitung von Präsentationen, Statistiken, Dokumenten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Du planst und organisierst Termine und Geschäftsreisen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Erfahrung in der Büroassistenz ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Du besitzt soziale Kompetenz und Diskretion ist für dich selbstverständlich
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, gut organisiert und konzentriert
- Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Produkten (Word, Power Point und Excel)
- Du trittst zuverlässig auf, bist freundlich und souverän
- Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
