Was erwartet dich?
- Du etablierst und verifizierst die vorhandene Basistechnologie zur Nutzung von M365
- Du entwickelst die Migrationsstrategie und bereitest Projekte für die Verlagerung von lokalen Anwendungen zu M365 Cloudapplikationen vor
- Du etablierst einen sicheren und nachhaltigen Betrieb der Microsoft 365 Umgebung
- Du beobachtest (Microsoft-) Innovationen, bewertest diese und führst sie in unser Unternehmen ein
- Du begleitest das Changemanagement und die Prozessanpassungen im Kontext von M365
- Du analysierst und behebst Störungen und Probleme und berätst im Anforderungsmanagement innerhalb unseres Unternehmens für einen passgenauen Einsatz der Applikationen in Forschung und Lehre

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem für die Aufgabenerledigung einschlägigen Bereich oder gleichwertige Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen, z. B. in Form einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Du hast mindestens dreijährige praktische Erfahrung in einem für die Aufgabenerfüllung einschlägigen Bereich
- Du hast Erfahrung im Design und Betrieb von Microsoft (Cloud-) Infrastrukturen sowie mit MS Exchange (On-Premise oder Cloud) und Microsoft SQL-Datenbanklösungen
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement als Arbeitsform sowie den dortigen agilen Methoden
- Du bist teamfähig, kommunikativ stark, zuverlässig und serviceorientiert
- Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Erfahrung im Design von nutzerorientierten Lösungen und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Initiative
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und lösungsorientiert mit starkem Fokus auf die Nutzeranforderungen und verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
