Der Serviceplanner (m/w/d) spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gewährleistung der reibungslosen Abläufe sowohl interner als auch externer Serviceprozesse in der Gas Purification Business Unit. Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Planung und Koordination der Aufträge im Gas Purifier Servicecenter vor Ort, sowie die Unterstützung der Servicemitarbeiter bei ablaufbezogenen Problemen. Darüber hinaus unterstützt er die Field Services des Geschäftsbereiches durch administrative Tätigkeiten und engagiert sich aktiv in kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen und erstellen Arbeitsaufträge, einschließlich der Materialverbrauchsplanung
- Sie priorisieren Aufgaben, um pünktliche Lieferungen sicherzustellen und die Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen zu erfüllen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Beschaffung und Bestandsverwaltung von Produktions- und Ersatzteilen
- Sie managen Dokumente und optimieren Prozesse sowie Arbeitsanweisungen
- Sie organisieren Fehlerbehebungen, Wartungen und Inbetriebnahmen
- Sie arbeiten mit internen und externen Kontakten des Purifier Servicecenters zusammen und kommunizieren effektiv
