Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eine anerkannte pädagogische Fachkraft (z. B. Erzieher (m/w/d), Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d), Kindheitspädagoge (m/w/d)) mit mindestens zweijähriger fundierter Berufserfahrung
- Du schaffst eine vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre und ermöglichst deinem Team, sich bestmöglich zu entfalten und sein volles Potenzial zu nutzen

About Villa Luna gGmbH
Seit 2005 steht Villa Luna für qualitativ hochwertige und zugleich flexible Betreuung für Kinder von 4 Monaten bis zum Erreichen des Grundschulalters. Unsere bilingualen Kindertagesstätten gibt es aktuell bereits in Köln, Aachen, Hamburg, Hannover, Berlin und drei Mal in Düsseldorf. Jede Villa Luna vertritt dasselbe Konzept; die Einrichtung und Gestaltung der einzelnen Kitas sind aber so individuell wie ihre Mitarbeiter*innen, die Kinder und die dazugehörigen Eltern. Ganz nach dem Motto “Ein guter Start währt ein Leben lang” steht bei uns die frühkindliche Förderung im Mittelpunkt. Den Schwerpunkt bildet dabei die Zweisprachigkeit (Englisch/Deutsch), welche bei uns nach dem Immersionssystem in den Alltag der Kinder einfließt. Hierzu ist in jeder Gruppe mindestens ein*e englischsprachige*r Mitarbeiter*in anwesend. Wir begegnen Kindern auf Augenhöhe und pflegen einen partizipatorischen Umgang; sich gegenseitig im Team zu unterstützen, ist für Villa Luna-Mitarbeiter*innen eine Selbstverständlichkeit. I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
